October 2022 Super Hero {Play}

Karma is a fairly recent addition to the Elba team of support, and he show great enthusiasm towards all aspects of the job role. Karma undertakes additional shifts in order to enable the members to see his commitment firsthand. He undertakes all the training assigned to him within the timeframes. Karma caremaster app shift notes give a clear and accurate picture of the tasks he completes and how he is assisting the member to work on their goals. His attendance at the team meeting highlighted how well he knew the policies within Elba and he also helped other support workers to understand the procedures. All of the communication either verbal or written we receive form Karma is respectful and courteous, the ability to convey his meaning in this manner makes         it a pleasure to award him with support worker Hero of the month for October 2022. {Play}

March 2022 Super Hero {Play}

Rikke commenced with Elba as part of the Tafe arrangement to provide practical skills to enhance the theory learnt while undertaking Cert III or Cert IV in Individual Support. Rikke was placed within some of our Member teams while she built her skills and knowledge. She is now officially a part of the Elba team and has been providing several members with high acuity care. Thank you, Rikke for going above and beyond in helping Elba achieve our goal to continue providing care to our members.
