Members who request these services are responsible for providing materials and equipment (eg gardening tools, etc). Furthermore, an appropriate disposal place for any waste needs to be in the alignment of council verge collections. Costs incurred for materials must be paid for upfront by the member. Please note that any purchases on the member’s behalf will be provided from local suppliers, and any request for pick up will be at the discretion of the Elba administration team and maintenance staff. {Play}
