Membership {Play}

Membership application is open to all people with disabilities. Generally, Elba will judge eligibility for each application on an individual basis.

Above all, future Elba members are required to {Play}

• Need high levels of support {Play}
• Legally able to manage their affairs {Play}
• The Board has granted an “Extraordinary” membership application that has a parent or guardian acting on the behalf. {Play}

Application {Play}

Elba representatives will visit you and assess your situation. They will then review and evaluate your application independently. {Play}

However, if you are in critical need of help, NDIS will complete the application. {Play}

Elba can then accept your membership when your case is accepted, and funding is provided, {Play}

Furthermore, if we are unable to accept your application due to non-funding, we will recommend alternate agencies that may be able to assist you. {Play}
